The reason we give a free sitting is simple.  If you are not happy with the portraits let us know and you do not have to place an order.  If you order, you will also get a free 8x10 and entry into our birthday club so we can document your child’s growth over the years and add additional children as you have them. The free 8x10 can not be used with other coupons.

Absolutely not! You should never be forced to make that kind of decision before you see the portraits. You never decide until you see the proofs at that time you must decide if you want to buy or just want your free portrait. DO NOT LET ANY STUDIO FORCE YOU TO BUY A PACKAGE AHEAD OF TIME. If thier work is that good, they will let you see the portraits first.

The portraits are taken in the convenience of your own home.

Yes. I always encourage you to include the others and even family shots this may be the only way you can get everyone together for portraits. (For groups of 4 or more please let me know ahead of time so I can allow more time in my schedule).

People always ask us what should they wear to a photo shoot?  Here are some suggestions:

We recommend staying with solid colors, preferably in a light or dark shade. You want your clothing to be classic and simple. For family portraits, please make sure everyone is wearing similar colors and styles. Jewelry and accessories should be minimal.

We just love to photograph newborns.  They are so tiny and sweet. Many people don’t know this but the best time to photograph a newborn is within the first 10 days after being born. The best place to have your newborn photographed is at home.  This relieves the new parents of any concerns about the baby being around strangers. The new parents get to kick back and relax while we work our magic with the baby.  We encourage the new parents to use any sentimental blankets or outfits they would like. If parents would like to be included in the session, style your hair and apply some lite makeup in advance. The baby’s attention span is sometimes short and we will get the best results if we plan ahead. Some poses may show your hands and arms. Make sure your (and Dad’s) nails are trimmed and natural.

We have many different packages.  It is hard to list them because there are variables depending on framing and types of composites. You can order a package or individual prints.  Please call if you have any questions I will be more than happy to discuss pricing but remember you are not obligated to take a package.
